Directions: Please fill out the application form in its entirety and use the form on the right to submit your application. If you are accepted into the house you will have TWO DAYS to make your decision and ONE WEEK to turn in your deposit so that we may tell people on the waitlist as early as possible if they have a spot or not. If you will be unavailable for contact during this week please make sure to note that at the bottom of your application. Admitted Students Weekend: Phid will be hosting wine and cheese open houses during each preview weekend. This is a great time to come visit the house, get a tour, meet the housemates and give us a chance to get to know you too! More information will be provided in your preview weekend folders and we will also be at the housing panels during ASW to answer all of your questions. If you are not able to attend ASW but have questions or will be visiting the school at another time please feel free to contact Nika Hasegawa (contact info below) to set up a time to stop by. Summer Sublets: YOU DO NOT NEED TO FILL OUT AN APPLICATION! Summer sublet spots are assigned on a first-come first-serve basis after all the regular rooms have been assigned (post-April 10th). If you are interested in a summer sublet the waitlist will start on APRIL 1ST at MIDNIGHT. Please email your interest to Nika Hasegawa with "PHID SUMMER SUBLET" in the subject line (nikah@umich.edu).
